Scrubber2

In addition to all the features of Scrubber, with Scrubber2 you can now fit the data to get values for rate constants with the click of a button.

You can choose from three models to fit:

  • The dissociation phase to get the dissociation rate constant (kd).

  • A simple 1:1 interaction to get association (ka) and dissociation rate (kd) and KD.

  • A mass transpost limited interaction to get the mass transport rate (km) and ka and kd.

In this graph you can see a fit of simple interaction model (in red) to measured data (in black). The table shows the results of the analysis along with the error in the estimate. There is also the option to fit the start and stop times and a bulk refractive index change during injection.
